Contractor Firm Experience
The contracted firm shall have a minimum of [insert appropriate number of years] years experience in
conducting lead clearance activities and have adequate qualified staff. Three references, at a minimum
shall be required, for completed projects equal in complexity to the one described in this SOW. [The
Contractor shall not be an employee of the Lead Hazard Control Contractor or be an employee or
principal of a firm recognized by Federal, state, or local regulations as having a business relationship not
