The Contractor shall provide as a part of the Project Work Plan evidence of current NLLAP
recognition for each laboratory used for either preparation or analysis of samples taken for this
assessment. The evidence of NLLAP recognition shall include certifications for each sample matrix
analyzed. The laboratory conducting any worker exposure air sample analysis shall be accredited by
the AIHA and shall be a currant successful passing participant in the AIHA's Proficiency Analytical
Testing (PAT) Program for analyte sampled.

Contractor Errors and Omissions Liability Insurance
