MODEL ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD NOTICE OF PUBLIC AVAILABILITY
THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS
ANNOUNCES THE AVAILABILITY OF THE
ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD
(NAME OF FUDS PROPERTY, LOCALITY, STATE)
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announces the availability for public review of files
comprising the Administrative Record for the selection of the (remedial, removal) response
action at the (name of FUDS property, locality, state). The Corps seeks to inform the public of
the availability of the Record at this repository and at the district office and to encourage the
public to comment on documents as they are placed into the Record file.
The Administrative Record includes documents which form the basis for the selection of a
(remedial, removal) response action at this FUDS project. Documents now in the Record files
include (determination of eligibility/PA and SI reports, validated sampling data, RI/FS or EE/CA
work plan, and the Public Involvement Plan). Other documents will be added to the Record files
as the FUDS project work progresses. These additional documents may include, but are not
limited to, the RI/FS report, the Proposed Plan, the EE/CA report, other technical reports,
additional validated sampling data, comments and new data submitted by interested persons, and
Corps responses to significant comments.
The Administrative Record is available for review during normal business hours at:
