elect people until after they retire, but I've been retired quite a few years. Joe was
on the committee with some officers that made those selections. Apparently my
name came out, and Joe put that through without any delay.

over to the World Bank was Ralph Blour. The heads of all of those branches were
pretty well-known or pretty competent in their fields.
