Yes, he is. In the office, what they call Hall of Fame, generally, I guess they don't
elect people until after they retire, but I've been retired quite a few years. Joe was
on the committee with some officers that made those selections. Apparently my
name came out, and Joe put that through without any delay.

Well, he was up here as the President of the Water Resources Congress for a long
time.

Yes, yes. The chap I was trying to think of that was head of structures and went
over to the World Bank was Ralph Blour. The heads of all of those branches were
pretty well-known or pretty competent in their fields.

never really had any business to speak of with him, so all I would see him was in
