INDICES OF
INTERAGENCY AND INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS
Purpose. This pamphlet identifies selected interagency and international agreements on matters affecting

responsibilities of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This is not a complete list of all agreements that have been
executed with others. Rather, it includes national or regional agreements; agreements that are unique or unusual;
and/or agreements that have other significant characteristics. The agreements are grouped in four categories as
follows: Federal Reimbursable (see Appendix A); Non-Federal Reimbursable (agreements with state and other non-
Federal entities that are funding Corps support for services that are not readily available in the private sector) (see
Appendix B); Cooperative non-reimbursable (agreements with other entities that identify areas of mutual concern
and cooperation to avoid duplication of effort and ensure efficient use of resources) (see Appendix C); and
International (reimbursable and cooperative agreements executed with other countries) (see Appendix D).
Appendix E is a list of acronyms explained.

Guidance.
a. This pamphlet is used primarily for reference purposes. Most of the agreements listed do not have
specific termination date but rather a requirement for notification of all parties to the agreement on intention to
terminate. Copies of such notifications or extensions should be provided to CECS-I. Also, as new agreements are
executed, copies of such agreements should be provided to CECS-I for the repository.
b. Any suggestions to make this pamphlet information more useful should be addressed to HQUSACE
Attn: CECS-I.
